Fresh from the Start, LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions (collectively, “Company,” “we” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to adhering to federal and state privacy laws and industry guidelines to protect you and your identity.  This privacy policy (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) describes how we handle the information of users of the Fresh from the Start and Fresh Sides websites, any other websites that are directly linked to this Policy and any related services (the “Websites” or “Sites”).  Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using the Sites.

If you are unwilling to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, we ask that you do not use the Sites.  By using the Sites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  When you use the Sites, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    This Policy applies only to information collected on the Websites and does not apply to information collected in other areas, whether online or offline.  This Policy does not apply to third-party websites that may be accessed through a link on the Sites. You should review the privacy policies of any third-party websites to understand how those sites collect, use and disclose any information.

    The Sites are not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13, or to collect personal information from children.  If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, the parent or guardian should contact us at marketing@andrewandsons.com.

      5. We do not otherwise distribute to third parties your personally identifiable information.  The Company will have no liability, however, for disclosure of information obtained due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized intervention of third parties.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information you provide to us.  We do not collect any information that identifies you personally through the Sites except information you voluntarily provide.  If you have provided us with information identifying you personally and wish to correct or delete it from our records, please notify us of your wishes by contacting us at marketing@andrewandsons.com.  Where it is possible to do so, we will act on your request to amend or delete your personal information within a reasonable time. In addition, should you at any point choose to be removed from one of these email lists, we include an “unsubscribe” option in a link appearing at the bottom of each email.
